Raquel has a true passion for people and real estate. Born and raised in Brazil, she moved to the US 20 years ago, and helped American farmers to understand the market for ethnic crops in the United States. She holds a master’s degree in Multicultural Marketing from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, and is a certified Portuguese interpreter. Raquel worked at Tech companies such as Oracle and Amazon Web Services for over a decade, and after relocating to Austin, Texas in 2018, Raquel was able to dive deep into the real estate investing market and find a new purpose in serving the community with quality rental homes, alongside her husband Joshua Gossett.

Her passion goes beyond guidance with home buying, selling or leasing. Her joy is in creating meaningful connections and supporting families moving to Austin in a unique way, helping them build a sense of community in a new city, and introducing them to local businesses and fun activities for them to create their best life in Texas.
